Q:More than 3 months have passed,but i still not get my goods.What will i do?

A:First please track your goods from official tracking website .If the package is in your local post office,please go to take them by yourself.If the package is lost,please contact with us.

Q:What to do if the diamonds is missing or the earring stud is bent.
