Terms and Conditions
1. Who we are
luxurysbeauty.com (“Luxury’s Beauty”, “we”, “us”) is an online store operated by ANUSHKA DAHANAYAKE (PVT) LTD, a private limited company registered in Sri Lanka (company number PV 00303673). You can contact us at [email protected].
2. Using this website
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them, together with our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy, before you buy.
3. Products and prices
We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Prices are shown in US dollars and include the item price only. Shipping costs, if any, and the total are shown at checkout before you pay. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we will contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.
4. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. We accept the order when we ship it. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraud, and we will refund any payment in full.
5. Shipping and delivery
Processing and delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates.
6. Returns and refunds
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Full details are in our Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
7. Your account
If you create an account, keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Please give accurate details when ordering so that we can deliver your order.
8. Intellectual property
The text, images and design of this website belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. Please do not copy them without permission.
9. Liability
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms, up to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.

Who is responsible for your data
ANUSHKA DAHANAYAKE (PVT) LTD (Sri Lanka), which operates luxurysbeauty.com, is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect and why
- Order details: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address and the items you buy. We use these to process, ship and support your order.
- Payment: card payments are handled by our payment provider (Stripe). We receive confirmation that you paid, not your full card number.
- Messages: if you contact us by email, live chat or the contact form, we keep your message and contact details so that we can reply.
- Account: if you create an account, we keep your login details, saved addresses, order history and wishlist.
- Website usage: we use Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) and the Pinterest tag to understand how people use the site and how they find it. These tools use cookies and similar technologies.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with the companies that help us run the store: our hosting provider, our payment provider, our fulfilment and shipping partners (who need your name and address to deliver your order), our email and live chat providers, Google and Pinterest. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes. We keep account data until you ask us to delete your account. Messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To do so, email [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the EU or UK GDPR or US state privacy laws.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for the cart, checkout and your account, and analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics and Pinterest). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the store’s cart and checkout need essential cookies to work.
